Purpose

- To use our firefighting skills in competition
- To promote the fire service
- To entertain the public
- To have friendly and fun competition

Membership

All members of this Association shall be bonified members of a fire department.

The officers of the Association shall be a President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer. An Executive Board shall be five (5) members. They include the President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, and two (2) others elected from the membership.

Office of President

It shall be the duty of the President to preside at all meetings and to keep order there in and have the right to vote on all issues as a member in good standing.

Office of Vice President

The Vice President shall assume the duties and power of the President during his/her absence. The Vice President shall have the right to vote on all issues as a member in good standing.

Office of Secretary/Treasurer

It shall be the duty of the Secretary to keep a record of the Association and perform all things to the clerkship. The Secretary shall receive all dues and record them, turning them over to the Treasurer.
The Treasurer shall account for all monies received and disbursements made.

Executive Board

The Executive Board shall oversee all of the Association's general rules, rules of competition, and make decicisons that are for the good of the Association.

Meetings

Meetings shall be several times a year, this includes event dates. The annual meeting shall be held between January 1st and April 15th. Election of officers will be done at this time plus any other business that comes up for the Association.

All liability is assumed by each fire department involved. The host team or fire department assumes the liability for the public attending the events.

Any assets left if disbandment is done shall go to a charity of choice by the members voting at time of disbandment.

All other information is included in the general rules and rules of competition.

The By-Laws can be changed any time by a two thirds (2/3) vote of members present and voting.
